• The reason you are seeking funding

We also automatically record limited technical and referral information, including the page you landed on, referral or campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and the date and time of your submission.

• To review your request and contact you about funding options
• To share your application with funding partners who may be able to fund your business
• To credit the referral partner whose link you arrived through, where applicable
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We share application information with funding partners and lenders for the purpose of evaluating your request, and with service providers who host our website, database and communications on our behalf. Referral partners can see only that a lead came from their own referral link and its status; they do not receive information about other applicants.

We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting the application you agree that we and our funding partners may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing hello@fundbrisk.com. Message and data rates may apply.

This site stores a small record in your browser to remember which referral link brought you here, so the correct partner is credited. We also use analytics to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep application records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations. Data is stored in access-controlled systems, and internal access is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@fundbrisk.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
